Communication skills are eccentrically connected to a child's ability to learn and develop appropriately.  Similarly, these skills are fundamental of children and young people; as it affords them the opportunity to take an active role in family, school and society.  Delayed speech and language development is more likely to have an impact on learning abilities, specifically in the areas of reading and writing.  Subsequently, it is crucial that children have the best possible start in developing these skills through early interventions.  I have served as a Speech and Language Therapist for over 30 years in New York State and Florida.  My objective is to utilize the latest technology and innovative therapeutic techniques, to remediate speech and language impairments in an educational environment.
